Custom orders

Earth Art Cashmere & Design will make effort to provide the desired pattern, size, shape and colour of any custom garment order. However; as this is not always possible. Earth Art Cashmere & Design reserves the right to alter the colour, size shape or pattern for any reason. 

No alterations to any order will be processed without the client having been informed of the changes via e-mail or otherwise in writing. The quantity of yarn required for the custom ordered garment will be established by the pattern. Where the client wishes to increase the size or recommended yarn quantity within a garment the client will be required to pay the price difference as established by Earth Art Cashmere & Design.
